Information we handle
The website does not require an account. The iOS app creates an anonymous app account so that cloud portfolios, alerts, device registration, and related preferences can work. We store an account identifier and authentication token; the token is kept in the device Keychain.
Depending on the features you use, the app may process portfolio holdings, alert settings, watchlists, market preferences, AI research prompts and results, and optional push-notification device tokens. Market settings and snapshots may also be stored locally on your device.
How we use information
We use this information to provide the app, save the features you choose, deliver requested alerts, secure the service, and understand basic product use. The app records first-party app-open and screen-view events. We do not sell personal information.
Purchases and service providers
Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. The website's live market board uses public CoinGecko data; app market and news features may use market-data providers. These providers process information under their own policies.
Your choices and deletion
You can decline notification permission and manage notifications in iOS Settings. In the app, open Settings and choose Delete Account to permanently delete your anonymous account and server-stored portfolios, alerts, device registration, and analytics history. Local app data remains on your device until you remove it or delete the app. You may also contact us for privacy support.
Website storage
The public site may store a short-lived market-data cache in browser local storage so its live board remains useful during a temporary network interruption. This cache stays on your device until you clear browser data.
Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, though no online service can guarantee absolute security. CoinPrice AI is not directed to children under the age at which consent is required in their country. We may update this policy when our practices change and will post the updated date here.
